Growing up Sandy was always involved with Earthmoving Equipment, having most of his family owning businesses in the Civil Construction industry. Sandy Started his first job as a Pipelayer at the age of 15 with O'Flaherty Constructions, from there he also worked for Doherty Grader Hire & South East Earthmoving, building roads and all aspects of subdivisions, concreting, pump stations, building manholes, sewer & water mains. Sandy was also the Supervisor for Bellrise Investments controlling Large Scale Pipelines.
With Sandy's vast experience, knowledge and passion for this industry, S&M Civil Contracting was then established where Sandy could put all of Expertise and reputation into his own business and grow into the well known business it is today.
